We specialize in physician recruiting, physician placement and paperwork services. Our firm is based in East TN but services the entire United States. Established in 2004, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. We offer our clients the full package -- large-scale solutions, communication development and project managing.

Robert has had 30-plus years of experience in managing people and difficult situations yet always finding solutions. His ingenuity and ability to think outside of the box allows for him to find innovative solutions to the many challenges of physicians and healthcare facilities.

Robert oversees the marketing and creative design of the Paperwork Doctor and assists in daily operations.

 

Although he spends the majority of his time with his family and career, Robert is an amazing cook and loves to share his talent with his friends and family.

Anna developed a passion for helping physicians with her decades of experience in physician staffing and began taking on clients part time in 2004 while working a fulltime job.

 

Otherwise known as the networker, Anna's charm, sincere desire to help people and her willingness to talk to anyone and everyone have been keys to building a large local client base.

With her degree in business from King's College, Anna manages The Paperwork Doctor's business development and daily operations.

​

Despite her fondness for chit chat, Anna is a bit of a book worm and likes nothing more than a night in with a good book.
